Walt Davis Nature Journaling Workshop

Saturday, October 28, 2017  10:00 AM – 4:00 PM  This workshop will focus on sharpening observational skills and recording impressions and information in a personally useful format. Drawing talent or skill are not required. We will explore the supplies needed, some key observational techniques, and several methods for capturing simple images; and we will practice making records of actual encounters with nature. Emphasis will be placed on insects, birds and plants. Weather permitting, our work will be done out of doors.

Fee: $35
Registration required. Class size will be limited to 25, first come first served. Bring a brown bag lunch. Bottled water, coffee and cookies will be provided.
