Urban Stream Processes and Restoration Program

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, Lampasas River Watershed Partnership, and the Texas Water Resources Institute are hosting a workshop on stream restoration. Workshop topics include urban stream functions, impacts of development on urban streams, healthy versus degraded stream systems, natural and traditional restoration techniques. Hip boots/waders are needed for the field assessment, as we will be out in the creek in the afternoon. Registration required.
Cost: $100, includes all training materials and lunch
