Rewilding proponent Kevin Sloan has a vision: rewild the Trinity River basin between the levees near downtown, part of a greater movement he calls DFW Branch Waters Network. He’s soon to guide the Friends of Northaven Trail into rewilding that North Dallas corridor, And he’d like you to rewild your local greenspace, easement, median, and even your yard.
Learn how and why with Kevin Sloan at the next NTMN meeting in what promises to be a challenging and inspiring presentation. For an advance teaser, check out his recent Dallas Morning News op-ed on the rewilding of Chicago’s river.
