Before the S’mores: Hog Wild: An Evening with Sam Kieschnick at the John Bunker Sands Wetland

Do you want to know more about the wild pig invasion in Texas? Then join us in November as we welcome Texas Parks and Wildlife Urban Biologist, Sam Kieschnick, to the John Bunker Sands Wetland Center to talk about these invasive omnivores. This event also includes a 30 minutes guided boardwalk tour by one of the JBSWC staff.  

Our younger guests can create a piggy craft to take home, and we’ll be offering a hog themed cocktail for the over 21 crowd to enjoy for an additional cost. Bring a jacket and enjoy some delicious s’mores around the campfire while we sing campfire songs to end the evening.

Event Fee:  $17 per person plus additional cost for extra s’mores and for cocktails
