Clymer Meadow Tallgrass Tour
Saturday, September 21, 2019 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Please join us for a tour of The Nature Conservancy’s Clymer Meadow Preserve. The Maximillian sunflower and other late summer blooms will be spectacular this year, and some of Texas’ true “tallgrasses” will be flowering as well. This 1,400-acre preserve contains one of the last remnants of the Blackland prairie. The tour will bring you up close and personal different types of rare prairieland and a variety of native plants. Cameras, sun and insect protection, hat, long pants, closed-toe shoes, bottled water and sack lunch are all recommended. Bring the whole family!
RSVP to email@example.com or 903-752-0676 (c) by September 16. Space is limited.
Location: Clymer Meadow Preserve, 4318 FM 1562, Celeste, TX 75423
