Fire Ecology and Elements of a Prescribed Fire

In Fire Ecology and Elements of a Prescribed Fire, you will learn reasons for burning, regulations and liability, equipment, hazards and firebreaks, planning and conducting a burn. This workshop is hands-on with fire equipment. Participants will take part in creating a firebreak. Presented by Wesley Evans, TPWD Fire Coordinator. Please bring a sack lunch.
