Fire Ecology Field Trip

The Fort Worth Chapter of Native Prairies Association of Texas is sponsoring a Fire Ecology Field Trip to Ray Roberts Lake State Park. Texas Parks and Wildlife staff will take us on a behind-the-scenes tour of fire and prairie ecology, regional history, and paleo-history. Tour their burn units and learn about their management goals to restore prairie. Tour will be followed by a pizza lunch in Valley View. See NPAT website below for details.
