Nature Walk in Great Trinity Forest 
Saturday, January 19, 2019  8:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Ben Sandifer will lead us on a Great Trinity Forest nature walk. Focus will be on migratory wintering birds and their habitats. Expect a mile or two of walking on paved and uneven natural surfaces as we look for ducks, sparrows, a Great Blue Heron rookery, raptors, beaver lodges, and more. Bring water, binoculars and a camera for birds and wildlife. Wear long pants and sturdy shoes.

Location: South Central Park, 4753 Fellows Lane, Dallas 75216, in the historic Freedman’s Town of Joppa.
