Know Your Natives: Native American Plant Use at BRIT (AT) Saturday, October 7, 2017  1:00 PM – 3:00 PM This class, Know Your Natives: Native American Plant Use, is part of the TERM (Techniques for Ecological Research and Management) program, a joint education project of the Fort Worth Nature Center, BRIT, and the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. In this class, you will learn about which and how plants were used by the First Peoples of the North Central Texas area and about archaeological research carried out right around BRIT. The instructor is Grace Bascope. Meet in the BRIT classroom. Come prepared to walk outside.
