This webinar, Storm-Resilient Urban Forests: The Role of Species Selection and Maintenance Pruning, is presented by USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and Southern Regional Extension Forestry. Participants will learn how inclement weather impacts trees and therefore additional economic costs, and how we can create storm-resilient urban forests through careful species selection and preventive maintenance.
