Birding Tour at White Rock Lake 

When: Saturday, December 14, 8-9:00am (Meet in front of the pump station at 7:45am)

Where: 2900 White Rock Rd.

For the Dallas Public Library, Natha Taylor is leading a free birding tour at White Rock Lake.

No experience required! Bring binoculars if you have them, along with a bird field guide or smartphone with a bird identification app installed (Natha recommends iBird Pro, but there also free apps available.)

Meet in front of the White Rock Pump Station at 7:45 a.m.

Parking is available in the lot in front of the White Rock Boathouse (2920 White Rock Road) north of the Pump Station.

If the weather looks questionable in the hours leading up to the tour start time, please call Dallas Public Library’s Business, Science, and Technology Division at 214-670-1608 to check on the tour’s status.
