Big Chapter Projects for 2020

2020 Big Chapter Projects

by Danielle LoPresti, Big Chapter Project Chair

This year we decided to do things a little differently and let the membership vote for where they wanted to have our Big Chapter Projects.  While we had many great suggestions, there were two that stood out with multiple votes. So without further adieu, our 2020 Big Chapter Projects will be held at the following locations:

Spring – Post Oak Preserve in Seagoville

With a little over a mile in trails surrounding a 12 acre lake, this hidden gem also serves as DISD’s Environmental Learning Center and is need of some NTMN love.

Check out Amy Martin’s report here to learn more.

Fall – Twelve Hills Nature Center in Oak Cliff

This interpretive nature center, which partners with the neighboring Rosemont Elementary School, is also home to NTMN’s Nature Leaders program each spring. Visit the Twelve Hills website here.

Please stay tuned for more details to come!
