Guidelines for using the AgriLife Offices and Facilities for North Texas Master Naturalists
- Always wear your NTMN nametag and identify yourself to the office staff.
- Advising agent, Elizabeth Rudd must be contacted to request the use of rooms at Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service County Office at 10056 Marsh Lane, Ste. 101-B, Dallas TX 75229
- Hours specific to NTMN: Monday – Friday only, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.
- Pickup and deliver trunks.
- Work in storage room.
- Meetings and/or trainings.
- After hours; Agent must be present due to security reasons.
- 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., only if advising agent is available.
- 3-week advance notice required.
- Available rooms for meetings and/or trainings:
- Board Room – occupancy approximately 15.
- Learning Center – occupancy approximately 50.
- To reserve one of the rooms:
- Must email advisor Elizabeth Rudd at elizabeth.rudd@ag.tamu.edu at least 3 weeks in advance.
- Phone calls will not be accepted.
- Administrative staff will no longer be able to reserve rooms without notice from advisor.
- Miscellaneous:
- Requests to make copies should be sent to Elizabeth Rudd at elizabeth.rudd@ag.tamu.edu
- Office staff has all of the keys to the storeroom, audio/visual equipment storage, and NTMN office. They will unlock the doors for you.
