Guidelines for using the AgriLife Offices and Facilities for North Texas Master Naturalists

  • Always wear your NTMN nametag and identify yourself to the office staff.
  • Advising agent, Elizabeth Rudd must be contacted to request the use of rooms at Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service County Office at 10056 Marsh Lane, Ste. 101-B, Dallas TX 75229
  • Hours specific to NTMN: Monday – Friday only, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.
    • Pickup and deliver trunks.
    • Work in storage room.
    • Meetings and/or trainings.
  • After hours; Agent must be present due to security reasons.
    • 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., only if advising agent is available.
    • 3-week advance notice required.
  • Available rooms for meetings and/or trainings:
    • Board Room – occupancy approximately 15.
    • Learning Center – occupancy approximately 50.
    • To reserve one of the rooms:
      • Must email advisor Elizabeth Rudd at elizabeth.rudd@ag.tamu.edu at least 3 weeks in advance.
      • Phone calls will not be accepted.
      • Administrative staff will no longer be able to reserve rooms without notice from advisor.
    • Miscellaneous:
      • Requests to make copies should be sent to Elizabeth Rudd at elizabeth.rudd@ag.tamu.edu
      • Office staff has all of the keys to the storeroom, audio/visual equipment storage, and NTMN office. They will unlock the doors for you.
