Talk “The Blackland Prairie at George W. Bush Presidential Library”
“Many years ago this site {where the Bush Center is located} would have been a breathtaking Texas prairie. Today the park is planted once again with native habitat for birds, butterflies, and other wildlife. Visitors can experience this site’s beautiful natural environment in the center of Dallas.” – Mrs. Laura Bush

This short PowerPoint presentation will provide an introduction to the 15 acre Native Texas Park: the construction, conservation goals, 3 eco-regions, and its native plants, trees, and grasses.
