New member instructions

Register for this site.  Your registration will be approved only if you are a dues paying member of North Texas Master Naturalists.  If you are interested in becoming a Master Naturalist, please check our website around October 1st to apply for next year’s class.

Registration involves three basic steps:

  1. Complete the registration form:
    Any contact information is kept private and only administrators can view this information unless you explicitly choose to display your email or phone to other members.
  2. Confirm your e-mail address:
    Once the registration form has been submitted, an e-mail is sent to the address you provided. This ensures that the e-mail you provided works and is able to accept e-mails from the web site. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact us.
  3. Membership confirmation or denial by Web Site Committee:
    Once the e-mail address is confirmed, the Web Site Committee is notified that a new registration is pending approval. We check the information provided with our membership records. If the applicant is a dues-paying member, including new trainees, the registration is approved and an approval e-mail is sent. If the applicant is not a member of the chapter, approval is denied and an e-mail is sent explaining the reason for denial.
