December 6, 2023 Chapter Meeting

Junior Master Naturalist and Nature Education

Youth is our future, and North Texas Master Naturalists improve the outlook for our natural environment through educating youth about nature. Listen to a roundtable discussion with several members deeply involved with Junior Master Naturalist, Nature Trekkers, Mathfinders/walkSTEM, and other programs educating local young people about nature. Our roundtable members will engage with each other and with the audience about the what, why, how, and where of the importance of nature to children. This will be a hands-on experience, with an activity for each table.
